SPIN STATION

Your station is the fortress. Its spin is the weapon.

Out on the edge of nowhere, a lone space station holds the line against an endless tide of asteroids and pirate raiders. Its turrets are bolted to the ring and can only fire at what's in front of them — so to aim, you don't move the guns. You spin the whole station.

Crank the rotation to sweep your lasers across an incoming wave, brake hard to hold a mining beam on a fat asteroid, and feel the momentum carry you as you decide, second by second, what lives and what gets through.

Spin to win

Every asteroid is both a paycheck and a threat. Mine it for ore and it funds your defense; ignore it and it slams into your core. There's never enough time to do both — so you're always choosing where to point the spin.

What you'll do

  • Spin to aim. A / D (or ← →) speed up the rotation, SPACE brakes. Spinning burns energy, so you can't just hold the perfect angle forever.
  • Mine and build. Every turret both mines asteroids and fights ships. Place Cutters, Laser Cannons, Plasma Lances, Power Pylons and Shields around the ring.
  • Grow the station. Buy new ring slots, research the tech tree, and burn ore for emergency energy or core repairs.
  • Hold the breach. Ring sections take damage and can be repaired — let one fall and enemies pour straight into your core.
  • Survive. Asteroid showers, pirate squadrons, and slow, brutal Dreadnoughts escalate the longer you last. Chase the high score.

Tips

  • Click the fullscreen button for the best experience.
  • Spin through a cluster instead of stopping on it — momentum is free coverage.
